1. Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Global Placement Service for participation in the Global Placement Service affiliate program.
By registering for, accessing, or participating in the affiliate program, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not sign up for or participate in the program.
Global Placement Service may reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account if the affiliate website, content, promotion method, or referred traffic is unsuitable, unlawful, misleading, harmful, discriminatory, obscene, spam-based, generated by traffic exchanges, or otherwise inappropriate.
2. Changes
Global Placement Service may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
3. Commissions
Affiliates may earn commissions for eligible referrals that originate from their unique tracking URL.
The tracking URL must not be altered. Global Placement Service is not responsible for missed commissions caused by broken, modified, or incorrectly used tracking links.
A valid commission requires a genuine, new, eligible referral that is accepted and confirmed by Global Placement Service.
Commissions may be denied, reversed, or adjusted for canceled referrals, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate referrals, self-referrals, test transactions, low-quality traffic, misleading promotion, fraudulent activity, or any referral that does not meet program requirements.
4. Payment
Payouts are subject to review and approval by Global Placement Service.
Affiliates may request payment through the affiliate portal when eligible pending commissions are available.
Global Placement Service may require valid payout details, identity verification, tax documentation, invoice information, or other compliance documents before releasing payment.
Unpaid balances may be withheld or forfeited if an affiliate violates these terms, provides inaccurate payment information, or remains inactive for an extended period.
5. Affiliate Restrictions
Affiliates may not use their affiliate link for self-referrals or purchases made for their own benefit.
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, auto-redirects, browser extensions, toolbar traffic, incentive traffic, traffic exchanges, bot traffic, fake leads, or automated signups are prohibited.
Affiliates may not misrepresent themselves as Global Placement Service or imply that their website or social page is owned or operated by Global Placement Service.
Affiliates may not use spam, unsolicited mass email, misleading subject lines, or unauthorized messaging campaigns.
Affiliates may not promote Global Placement Service through unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful content.
Affiliates may not bid on, register, or misuse Global Placement Service trademarks, misspellings, domain names, or confusingly similar names without written permission.
Affiliates may not place Global Placement Service pages in iframes or use any method that disguises the visitor destination.
Affiliate networks, agencies, schools, training programs, and third-party lead providers must receive written permission before using affiliate links in organized referral campaigns.
Cookie duration is 30 days and attribution uses the most recent valid affiliate click.
Cancelled, fake, refunded, or unpaid orders do not earn commission.
Minimum withdrawal is 500 BDT. A 10% service charge may be deducted from affiliate payments.
Payments are processed during the last week of each month after admin verification.
6. Anti-Spam Policy
Affiliates must comply with all applicable email, messaging, advertising, privacy, and anti-spam laws.
All promotional messages must clearly identify the sender, include accurate contact information, avoid misleading subject lines, and provide a working opt-out method where required.
Affiliates must honor opt-out requests promptly and may only send promotional messages to recipients who have lawfully agreed to receive them.
7. Disclaimer
Global Placement Service does not guarantee that affiliates will earn income. Program availability, tracking, reporting, and commission approval may be interrupted or changed from time to time.
The affiliate program is provided on an as-available basis, and Global Placement Service is not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost referrals, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
8. Grant of Licenses
Global Placement Service grants approved affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use approved affiliate links and authorized promotional materials solely to promote Global Placement Service.
Affiliates may not use Global Placement Service names, logos, or materials in a misleading, unlawful, disparaging, obscene, or unauthorized way.
9. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Placement Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost goodwill, or lost business opportunities.
Global Placement Service’s total liability related to the affiliate program will not exceed the commission fees actually paid to the affiliate under the program.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Placement Service, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your promotional activity, website content, breach of these terms, misrepresentation, unlawful conduct, or misuse of affiliate materials.
11. Confidentiality
Confidential business, technical, financial, customer, and program information disclosed by either party must be kept confidential and may not be used or disclosed without written permission, except as required by law.
12. Miscellaneous
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, franchise, employment, agency, or sales representative relationship.
Affiliates may not make promises, guarantees, offers, or representations on behalf of Global Placement Service.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These terms represent the entire agreement between Global Placement Service and the affiliate regarding participation in the affiliate program.
