Service availability, eligibility requirements, processing times, fees, destination rules, employer requirements, and government requirements may change without prior notice.

3. Applicant Responsibilities

Applicants must provide true, complete, and current information, documents, certificates, contact details, employment history, passport information, and any other required materials.

Global Placement Service is not responsible for delay, rejection, cancellation, financial loss, or legal issue caused by false, incomplete, forged, expired, or misleading information supplied by an applicant.

Applicants must review all documents, forms, offers, contracts, visa papers, medical requirements, training requirements, and travel details before signing or submitting them.

4. No Guaranteed Job, Visa, or Approval

Global Placement Service may assist with recruitment and placement processes, but we do not guarantee job selection, visa approval, employer acceptance, medical clearance, government approval, embassy approval, travel permission, salary, benefits, or final deployment.

Final decisions may be made by employers, embassies, government authorities, medical centers, training centers, airlines, immigration authorities, or other third parties.

5. Fees and Payments

Any service charge, processing fee, government fee, medical fee, training fee, travel cost, documentation cost, or other payment must be clearly understood before payment.

Applicants should request and keep official receipts for all payments. Payment terms, refund eligibility, and deduction rules may depend on the service stage, employer requirement, and actual expenses already incurred.

Do not make payment to unauthorized persons. Global Placement Service is not responsible for payments made outside approved company channels.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, if applicable, are reviewed case by case and may exclude expenses already paid to third parties or already used for processing, documentation, medical, training, government, travel, or administrative work.

No refund may be available where an applicant provides false information, fails medical tests, fails training, misses deadlines, withdraws after processing begins, violates rules, or is rejected by a third party for reasons outside our control.

7. Third-Party Services

Our work may involve employers, training centers, medical centers, travel agencies, embassies, government offices, courier services, and other third parties.

Global Placement Service is not liable for third-party delays, decisions, system failures, policy changes, price changes, cancellations, document loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Website Information

We try to keep website content accurate and updated, but recruitment information, job availability, country rules, salary ranges, deadlines, and requirements may change.

Website content is for general information only and should not be treated as a final contract, job guarantee, legal advice, immigration advice, or government confirmation.

9. Privacy and Document Handling

Applicants authorize Global Placement Service to collect, store, review, process, and share submitted information and documents where necessary for recruitment, verification, documentation, employer review, government processing, travel, or related services.

We take reasonable steps to protect applicant information, but online communication and document transfer always carry some risk.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not submit forged documents, false identity information, misleading employment history, fake certificates, unauthorized payments, abusive messages, spam, malware, or any unlawful content.

We may refuse service, suspend processing, report misconduct, or terminate communication if a user acts fraudulently, abusively, unlawfully, or dishonestly.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Placement Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, travel loss, visa rejection, employer rejection, or third-party delay.

Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the service fee actually paid directly to Global Placement Service for the relevant service.

Global Placement Service may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will apply from the date of publication.
